This was the third time that i have used hardwood lumber and it was yet again an extremely positive experience. THis time I had a mistake in my original order and when I called them, the support team was more that happy and willing to adjust the order given production had not yet started. Add to this that the quality of the wood, along with the way it was packaged and delivered were all top of the line. the process is simple, transparent and consisent. All three orders arrived at my house within 3 weeks of my original order in mint condition. If you are in need of fine, top quality wood, this is the place.

I ordered a walnut table top 48 x 22. The box had a tear in it. I noticed when I was sanding it, there was a small ding about where the box was torn. Not enough to fret about, but it was on the top surface. Its about 1/16 deep, 1/8 wide and about 1/4 long. I'm filling it with poly as I finish it. I didn't need 2 day shipping. I would have waited a week to save a few dollars. Over all, they finished it within their announced time frame. The top is really nice, the bottom has 2 small knots. And its flat. Its what I had asked for.

I ordered a small walnut countertop piece for use as a desk in the kitchen. It's beautiful wood and looks great as a desk. The edges and corners were prepared exactly as requested and even though I only requested the top be finished, the underside is just as beautiful as the top.

Fed X didn’t deliver on 4/28 as expected, received 4/29.
I paid $38 dollars for a sample which was not well done. I have used Rubio Monocoat in Gris Beige on several types of wood, including ash, and my inexperienced results were much better.
Perhaps the stain was not left on long enough, I don’t know, but my sample looks like there is barely any stain on it.
