Have been using Hardwood Lumber for the past 18 months. We have received 7 tops from them in that time frame and all have been in great shape, and quality. The only hiccup we have encountered is the delivery process. Without me physically helping to unload the tops, I would not have any tops. Delivery company is not properly set up to unload anything over 6' as tops that I am receiving are over 10' long.

The online ordering process is easily navigated. Awesome choice, availability, and size options of products. Really like the hickory butcher block I ordered. Production and delivery was relatively quick. The only negative would be the high charge for additional work (edging, oil, etc.).

The countertop took longer than expected, but hardwood lumber gave me a credit for the mishap. It arrived after 2 months and it’s beautiful. The delivery was smooth. My top is 13’ x 4’ so it’s really large and heavy. It was definitely worth the wait. Company was very responsive with all my concerns and questions.

Most of it was fine but the packaging and protections was awful. It was wrapped in one layer of thin plastic and paper with LOOSE corner and side protectors. No box. Not sure I will use you guys again.

The ordering experience was extremely smooth the communication from start to finish was fantastic. the only issue i had was that the final finish of the rubio monocoat was noticeably uneven. I re coated it and its fine now but i had hoped for a good to go finish.
