I just received my butcher block counter top today. I opened the box set it on the cabinet. While I ran to to throw the box in the trash and when I came back I realized the board is cracked in at least 4 spots and the whole board is warped. I will be calling Monday morning to try and get a replacement or refund.

The countertop is absolutely stunning! I am so impressed by it and was happy with the customer service I received. I also love that they keep you posted on the process. From ordered to in production to finishing product to shipped. It was so wonderful to be kept in the loop on where it was at. Can’t wait to get it put in!

Try nice product and worth the wait. If you are looking for a quick turn product then you will probably be receiving a substandard product. My custom size shelf arrived within about 2 weeks in total and very happy with it. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and craftsmanship.

My main complaint is that the wood looks lighter than the photos shown when purchasing. I would have ordered a different wood if I realized the maple would look lighter than pine.

Thank you for sharing this with us! We are sorry to hear that the counter top is lighter that you expected. Over time the counter top should become darker. Feel free to reach out to our sales department if you do have any questions!
