but, we had asked for one edge to be bevelled, and, it was not
your staff immediately offered to refund the cost of the bevel, or finish the project if we sent it back
would have been nice if you offered to pay for postage to send it back, but, we are content
my thoughts: the special notes section in the work order is really, really tiny, and i cannot fault anyone for missing them (because, i also missed them, when i read the order confirmation) i would suggest making that area of the order form bigger and a different color.

Happy with the stair treads. High quality workmanship and wood. The cost itself is reasonable but the added shipping costs make it a little pricey. However, i dont think i could have done it myself for lower, especially if you include the labor hours involved.

The wood definitely had a top and a bottom, with the bottom having some visible imperfections (knots, cracks). That being said, it finished beautifully and I am so happy with the piece.

As noted on our website, our counter tops only come with one good side meaning the bottom side could have machine marks, knots, etc. If you would like the counter top to come with a good bottom side you can select "High Grade Bottom Surface" meaning the bottom side would come the same way as the top. We hope you enjoy your tabletop and hope we can assist you in the future with any butcher block needs.
