Wish I could easily logon to see details of my order. When I login it says I didn’t have any orders even though I do/did. When I got the shipping notification, it lets me know the type of product ordered but doesn’t let me me details (ie length, width, thickness etc). Seems like that needs to be addressed on the website.

I'm pretty happy with the product I received from them. It arrived fairly timely and was as described. It fit my needs perfectly. Price was fair. My only criticism is that communication was not terribly clear. I couldn't really tell where my piece was in the process or when to expect it. It was confusing. It really didn't take terribly long for for a custom piece, just that communication was not clear.

My order was a test. I wanted to see the product and look at the wood we selected. We are satisfied and will be ordering what is needed to complete our project in the near future. Just be aware that when stair parts are ordered they are manufactured AFTER the order is received. Quality takes time.

Started off rocky and hasn’t gotten better. Originally was led to believe my shipping would be free which was not the case but also not a deal breaker. I only ordered a simple floating shelf, no stains, no bevels, nothing special. Website says shelf’s should take 2 weeks unless you’ve added any special requests. It’s been almost a month to cut a rectangular piece of wood and it just shipped this morning, I haven’t received it yet and now we’re asking for a review? Really not worth the price.
