What a wonderful company to work with. Needed a wood topper for our drop zone bench. Many choices of wood and stains. After I ordered they emailed to double check which side had no edges against our walls. They sent emails with updates on progress of order. Took only 3 weeks from start to delivery. This rating is purely on the online system. The wood top is very good and arrived without any issues. My order does not show up on my online account so I have to call every time to get status on my order. I ask the service rep if she can fix it and she said she will but was never added to my online account. Four weeks goes by and I asked about the status of my order, the rep say she’ll check up on it and email me. I all of a sudden started getting notifications on my order and delivery. Not sure if I prompted something. I got a reply from the rep the next day saying my order is on it’s way. Anyways, I’m very happy with the desk top itself though I wished I could have ordered it with rounded edges as I opted to not have the edge modified thinking it’ll be ok. The edges are bit sharp and I can deal with it. The top is solid and heavy. I’m actually writing this review on this maple desktop. Thanks.
