I ordered an 8ft by 3ft maple edge grain butcher block at 1.75inch thickness. It arrived on time and well packaged. It’s a beautiful piece of wood and is exactly what we pictured in our kitchen.

I have ordered many items from Hardwood Lumber Company; I found them searching for stair treads in 2020. Since then I ordered shelves, window sills and of course stair treads. This company is honest, fast, and does make high quality products. I highly recommend it!

I am shocked at the pricing of both the small samples and then double that for shipping. I can only imagine what the final product will cost to ship

Sales staff is real friendly and helpful. Cutting board was damaged in shipment and they agreed right away to ship a replacement.
But it’s been a couple of weeks with no more contact.

Purchased Treads and Risers. Website was clear, intuitive and had prices clearly shown. When I had a question about my order, my email was answer by Martha Mae in a clear and very pleasant fashion. When order arrived it was very nicely packaged so it was in good shape. Very happy with the product.

Beautiful Cherry blended grain top that I’m using as an end table. It’s not quite as red as I would have liked but so it goes with wood. Dimensions are exactly as requested. Delivery took a couple more weeks than the estimate I was given when I checked out.
Response from Hardwood Lumber Company
Nov 22, 2023
Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that the dimensions of the table were exactly as requested. Cherry is one wood species that darkens with age so it will darken to a more deep red color with time. We apologize for the delay in delivery and will work to ensure that our estimated delivery times are more accurate in the future. We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoy your new end table!
