Way too late in production. When promised it would be delivered overnight Saturday delivery in order to help with it being another week late, you failed there too, and delivery wont be until Monday. It isnt even the full delivery since one of the pieces had to be remade. Not sure what to do about it yet. Sales people are pleasant but in the end that doesnt matter when timing did matter.

This piece came to us a little late as it needed redone for quality control and I am so happy. Really worth the wait and also we really cant complain for waiting for a piece that just compliments our kitchen so well. We ordered a large piece as a tabletop / countertop - we are more than happy with this piece and some people in our family are also considering doing the same thing. The employees are more than helpful with questions and getting us the help we needed throughout the process. Hands down the best decision was to go through them for out new piece. I dont know how to attach a pic but our table top is 89” x 50” and it is large, beautiful and every bit of what we wanted.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase. It looks like Julie did respond to your email on the 31st stating that this was a Factory Second listed and it was noted that it had a crack so unfortunately because it was purchased that way we are not able to stand behind it.
