Great to work with your team.
A couple suggestions for your web site on the stair tread section that could be clearer:
When width is set, for example, at 36", and later the returns are added, the width remains at 36", not 36+returns. The critical dimension is the throat, So when returns are added one woul suspect that the total width increases. This information should be highlighted when returns are selected.
In the stair wider section, it would have saved me a lot of time to know that you cut the winder tread from a full rectangle. If I were cutting the tread I would not create that much waste.
I did get good phone support which allowed me to learn this.
Just minor stuff.
The results are beautiful.

Julie Bender did a good job of dealing with my order. However, I'm very disappointed with the colors on your website not being close to the actual color of the table top I ordered. In addition, the table top I ordered was not coated per the order. All in, it was not a good experience due to poor photography of items on your website, very misleading, and the item not being coated per the order was another miss. So, I now have stain/paint the item that didn't match the color I want so it will be close to what you had shown on your website. That's why I give my experience at best two stars. Julie is the only reason I didn't give you one star.

Ordering was easy, navigating website is great. Sparse communication throughout production period with only 1 update provided until order shipped. Specifications were not 100% accurate to the measurements provided and 1 of the pieces must have been left over from another order because I ordered unfinished wood and one side had poly on it. I was able to salvage everything and counters turned out great.

So I ordered the premium walnut countertop. Julie answered all my questions before purchasing and worked with me quickly as I made adjustments to the measurements. I was really grateful for the work everybody did before the order was finalized. Even the last minute phone call to verify which corners needed to be edged was an amazing touch. The only thing I think there should have been more information on were the “Angle cuts and joint prepping” section of the product page. Have pictures and a description of what it all meant/looked like would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
