Poor quality control, there was a hair in the varnish sealed into the top and there where blemishes in the varnish. Nobody caught this, so I will explore other vendors in the near future for completing my work shop.

Ordering was easy and my question regarding the order’s status was handled efficiently. Once the order was shipped I was kept informed all along the way. The only thing that I had concerns about was how the stair treads would look with the finish I ordered. The small color dots on the website don’t give a good perspective.

My walnut countertop is absolutely beautiful! I did call customer service after my order was placed to change a measurement and they were very nice and accommodating. It didn’t even delay the fast shipping they had. Would definitely buy from again!

I haven't actually received the product at this time, just now shipped but as to the ordering process, I'm very impressed by the communication from start to finish of the manufacturing process and keeping me informed during this process. looking forward to getting the product , I'm sure I will be satisfied.

Product came with 2 out of the 4 corners scuffed, and a splinter in the middle. This would be unacceptable for a finished piece of wood for these purposes, however I was using it to distribute the weight of a safe, so this was ok for my purposes. If aesthetics matters to you, I wouldn't recommend this company, the packaging wasn't damaged.

Order extended beyond the two week delivery and was told that the wood had to be re-finished. Was promised an expected due date twice and it was not accurate. The order has supposedly been sent but no tracking number issued.

So far the samples were great and really helpful. The order status link doesn’t work for me but email updates are helpful.

Great service- Would have appreciated the recommendations earlier before I ordered a sample which is not what I will eventually be ordering.

Finish, joinery, and mil work are excellent. Howevr, I thought it was going to be a Wide Plank top but hte boards that made up the top averaged around 4". It would have been a 5 star if they were.
