The wood is beautiful and each piece was wrapped like a mummy so absolutely no scratches or dents. Arrived in perfect condition as if we'd picked it up ourselves at the store.
The quality speaks for itself and we thought the price was very reasonable, especially compared to what we saw at the big box stores.
Will definitely shop Hardwood Lumber again.

Great customer service. They reached out when I overlooked a detail that would have not worked for our project. Beautiful piece. Would definitely do business with them again!

The hickory countertops were beautiful and exactly what we were hoping they would be. We had specific cuts requested and they fit perfectly. Shipping was quick and the countertops arrived undamaged. Very happy with the whole process.

Warped and chipped $6,000 countertop. Was told this is normal. I wonder how the people working there would have accepted that product or explanation.

The length of piece I ordered was not what I received. Hardwood Lumber Company made the correction, arranged for Fed Ex pick up of the incorrect piece, made the correct length, and I received the correct dimensions within a week of notifying them of the mistake.
