I have used a normal fan freestanding for many years, I have been having cold sweats and lately been getting worse.
I’ve always wanted a Dyson blade less fan but couldn’t justify paying the price tag.
Came across Black blade less tower fan and thought it wouldn’t be any good just because of how pricey the Dyson ones are.
OMG I’m in total shock.
The price tag was within my range, the colour and model was sleek looking.
When I put it on full power it was no word of a lie like standing by a industrial fridge.

OmniAir 41" Premium Bladeless Tower Fan and Air Purifier - Silver
I have received my order and I am really not happy with it. There are Chips on the filter grill, bits coming away, very cheaply made feels like it’s going to break any moment don’t feel safe taking it on and of, there is visual fading on the actual product itself, the turning motion button lags on the fan and remote. They have not been manufactured properly as there not the same size there all uneven.
Customers service is TERRIBLE been over a week since my complaint now and still nothing has been resolved extremely disappointed will be opening a dispute soon if no contact. Do not recommend.

No separate water tank which is a big problem for emptying considering the appliance is large. Not as strong as the fan we've already got. Lack of instructions and customer service not very helpful. Sent it back (at my expense).

Great quiet fan. All others keep me awake at night with the NOISE they make. This fan, on a lower setting, is perfect to keep me snoozing peacefully and very cool. This is very important to me as i do not sleep well and cannot handle summer nights without sleep.
A bit pricey but it is a good quality product so nice all round
And it looks cool in white too

OmniAir 5L Evaporative Air Cooler & Portable Tower Fan With Humidification Modes
Not an awful product, easy to use, looks good and is sturdy. The fan modes are great and not distractingly loud. The addition of ice packs literally made no difference to the temperature of the room when compared to other rooms in the house. Basically a larger, more expensive, tower fan. Keeping it but only because I don't have the effort to organise a return.

Hi Jade,
Thank you for your feedback.
Please note that the Air cooler will not lower the temperature in a room, only an Air conditioner can achieve that.
The Air cooler is designed to blow cool air around, just like a fan, however you have the benefit of having it blow over the ice cold water to make the breeze cool. Rather than just circulating the air from the environment it is in.
If you are unhappy, please do not hesitate to contact us via our webpage, we are always happy to assist.
Best wishes,
Emma

Better instructions needed

5L Portable Air Cooler with Advanced Cooling Technology - 4 Operating Modes
The air cooler works perfectly and I couldn’t be happier but half the instructions were missing from the manual provided. It didn’t even have a diagram for the buttons, or the remote, and failed to explain how to use the machine. The only instruction provided was how to clean the tank, which is something I could’ve worked out by myself. Had it not been for this, I would’ve given a higher rating
