Sounds like a jet engine taking off. Been waiting 3 days for someone to ring me back about returning the unit. Avoid

Only tried it once to check everything was working okay. 1st impressions are very good & really good value for money. A substantial & well built unit that is fairly easy to fill & operate.
So far so good….just waiting for the next heat wave to really put it to the test

OmniAir 5L Evaporative Air Cooler & Portable Tower Fan With Humidification Modes
Gives out a decent amout of cool air, ice packs included probably help slightly too.
Haven't used the humidifier function yet, but looks a little fiddly so I may just use it as a cooler.
Bestbused for rooms on the smaller side I'd say

Second fan I have purchased for the house at home and can honestly say it is the best quietest fan cooler ever.
I know people have spent around 400 quid on a more well known brand and this is soo much better

8" Turbo Desk Fan with 24 Speeds, 4 Operating Modes and 12 Hour Timer - Black
We've always had the standard fans, the white ones on a stand and they do the job but storage is a pain, they take up so much space when not being used.
I tried the Dyson bladeless fans, super fantastic but even larger and ouchy expensive. Then I saw these. Ordered one, not expecting much and wow, powerful, small footprint, very quiet, and the HUGE plus? they fold up and can be stacked on top of each other in the cupboard when not needed, so I ordered another 3 and got Freecycled the old versions.
To be completely transparent for those who are sceptical about my review, I'm a huge fan (unintentional pun) of ProBreeze products and already have an Airfryer (3rd one) and dehumidifiers x 2. All great quality and a good price.

9000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
After much research I purchased the above item and it was delivered on time. I assembled the Aircon as per instructions and turned it on to cooling at 16 degrees celsius. After 1 hour the room temp had not dropped. To confirm, I had the doors shut, blinds down and window closed to ensure optimum conditions to cool the room. The room is 15m2 so easily fits into sellers recommended size for a 9000BTU. After 2 hours the temp had dropped by 1 degree. This did not meet my satisfaction or needs at all. I repackaged the item and started the return and refund process. I have found out the I must pay for the return courier which is ridiculous. Also I am told that the company may not accept the product as it has been used. how stupid is this. To find out that the product does not meet specification you have to use it. There is no way to phone Probreeze to discuss or lodge a complaint, all interactions are done either by bot or email. All I can say is that this company has exceedingly poor customer service and the product as advertised does not meet the claims.

7000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function
We needed a portable air con unit to cool down our daughter’s small bedroom, which gets super hot in the summer. We had used fans up to now and this unit is no noisier than the fans. It cooled the room down really well and it was welcome relief for her (eczema sufferer so hot skin is not good). Arrived v fast, easy to use and store

Does the job perfectly
7000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function
This is brilliant. Works well in a decent sized bedroom. And doesn't seem to cost too much to run. We have had this running all night (9hrs+) and it doesn't seem to cost much more than £1.50 per night. A small price to pay for a good night's sleepPutting up the vent kit is a bit faffy but that's the same with all of the kits, but once you know how it's easy. It's then a 2 min job to take it all down and re install if you are leaving the house unattended for example. In terms of noise, I'd suggest having it on high to chill the room for an hour before going to bed, then switching it to low which is a bit quieter. But it's not a horrible noise anyway.

Hello Jo,
Many thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear that the item is loud.
This unit has a noise level of <55 dBA a noise level of less than 55 dBA would be quieter than a normal conversation and can be compared to a soft background noise, like a quiet suburban area or a quiet office. This level of noise is generally considered to be unobtrusive and not disruptive.
If you feel that the unit is louder, please do reach out to us via our webpage and provide a video, so we can take a look for you.
Best wishes,
Emma
