OmniAir 7L Evaporative Air Cooler & Portable Tower Fan With Humidification Modes
A great fan, and colling unit. Power level 1 could be slightly more powerful, as 2/3/4 seem to really step up, but from 1 to 2 is a huge jump.

Good halfway house solution

OmniAir 5L Evaporative Air Cooler & Portable Tower Fan With Humidification Modes
Very good halfway house solution between fan and air conditioning. Was a bit sceptical about it before buying but it is worth it if you can’t put actual air conditioning in your space. Night mode is really good, filling water tank is easy. Lightweight enough to move around and doesn’t take up too much room

Hi Francesca,
Thank you so much for your feedback.
Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the Air cooler. Please note that this item will not drop the room temperature, only an Air Conditioner will do that. The Air cooler is designed to blow the cool air around the room, similar to a fan.
I note that you are in contact with my colleague at the moment, so hopefully we can resolve this for you.
Best wishes,
Emma

9000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
We couldn't test air conditioner straight away as we had to acquire an extension hose. This was to comply with requirement for a 50cm gap all around the unit meaning we had to relocate it.
It was delivered very quickly and was well packaged. Looking forward to testing it in the near future.

12,000 BTU 4-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner, Heater with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
I absolutely adore this aircon unit! The aircon is ice cold and powerful, yes it's noisy but I do not mind, its worth it to stay cool. I also love the fan setting aswell, once I've cooled the room down with the aircon I switch to the fan mode to circulate the air which is perfect. I would highly recommend this aircon unit!

Replacement Filter for 32" Bladeless Tower Fan
Easy to remove the old one after noticing filter light flashing. Filter fitted well and need to reset fan so light stops flashing.

OmniAir 5L Evaporative Air Cooler & Portable Tower Fan With Humidification Modes
Wide of modes giving various cooling options all of which work really well. The natural sleep mode is genius and the addition of essence oil diffuser is a very clever bonus. First use was the best night’s sleep I’d had in days due to uncomfortable temperatures. Well worth the money

Doesn’t seem to be blowing very cold air. We have a 9000btu (different make) downstairs and this blows a lot cooler air and seems to cool the room a lot quicker.

The multiple modes are super convenient, and for such a small machine does a great job cooling the room down. And for a very reasonable price!

Hi Curtis,
Thank you for your feedback.
Please find the following steps to empty/clean the tank;
1. Turn off the appliance and unplug it from the power socket.
2. Turn the water tank clip clockwise 90 degrees and pull the tank out until it stops.
3. Repeat with the water pump clip, detach the pump and remove the water tank completely.
4. Empty the tank and clean with warm tap water and mild detergent (e.g. washing up liquid). Do
not use boiling water.
5. Wipe the water tank and all surfaces dry with a soft cloth.
6. Slot the water tank back into position and attach the pump to its fitting, turning the water
pump locking clip counter clockwise 90 degrees to fully secure.
7. Push the water tank back in fully and turn the water tank locking clip counter clockwise 90
degrees to fully secure.
I hope this helps, please do not hesitate to contact us should you have further questions.
Best wishes,
Emma
