Excellent service all round. Free next day delivery in the middle of the heatwave and got it a great reduced price. Air cooling unit was light so easy to manoeuvre round the house. Very easy to use manually or via the remote control. Lovely, strong icy air emitted (even without the ice packs) which was an absolute godsend as I hate the heat. The cat even lay in front of it to get some respite and it had a night mode and timer which was not too noisy and meant I could sleep easier. Delighted with the product.

Dehumidifier ordered on the 7th December, advised on the 8th December that unit despatched. No word from couriers as of 17th December and no response from pro breeze as to where my goods are

Really really poor. Item never arrived and I cannot seem to get anyone from the company to pick up the phone or respond to emails. I've been forced to repurchase the item at a £50 higher cost because they put their prices up. Ideally I'd like a refund on the more expensive order because the customer service has been abysmal and I still have no idea why the original order never turned up.

A good product at a fair price delivered quickly. Can't ask for more than that! The heater works well and is reasonable to run.
