Quick delivery. Good communication. The cost of my dehumidifier was very reasonable. The dehumidifier is great. I couldn't believe the amount of water it collected. It's also quiet which is ideal.

Ordering system not satisfactory as ended up ordering 2 items as no on-screen confirmation. Now having major problems trying to get a free return because I raised a case via Klarna. They are also very slow resolve issues- I feel like piggy in the middle!

Awful experience. Item was not in stock. No updates and eventually the item did not arrive at all.
