Having purchased prior to the heatwave, I received a faulty device which required a new model to be sent. This then arrived a week later after the heatwave. Basically was a waste of time and no discount or anything offered as a good will gesture. Poor customer service. As orders were high due to the heatwave you didn't really care as money was rolling in. I wouldn't recommend on this basis.

Product arrived in time as specified. Worked really well in the heat of this summer. Was just what was needed to keep cool during the day and also during the night.

Excellent service all round. Free next day delivery in the middle of the heatwave and got it a great reduced price. Air cooling unit was light so easy to manoeuvre round the house. Very easy to use manually or via the remote control. Lovely, strong icy air emitted (even without the ice packs) which was an absolute godsend as I hate the heat. The cat even lay in front of it to get some respite and it had a night mode and timer which was not too noisy and meant I could sleep easier. Delighted with the product.

I saw a similar device in a pub in the heat of the summer and thought I have to have one for my small home office! It's not like air conditioning of course just being a cooler but kept it bearable, 27 deg instead of 35 !!! only uses less than 0.4kWh too.

The fan arrived and when switched on made a horrendous scraping noise so could not be used. As IÕm always so busy I didnÕt get time to return it so it is still sat in my office back in its box not working !!
