I asked several times for the representative to request a proper cookbook for Pro Breeze air fryers (which should include basic information about how they work) what utensils can be used etc). My request was sidelined with I could 'look on you tube'. As the air fryer is a new form of cooking, this response is shocking. The so-called 'cookbooks' on sale are by USA authors, mostly self published, and no use for UK users. This firm must have a Home Economist - so this is just sheer laziness.
