I'm really disappointed as the timer doesn't work, pro breeze are not getting back to me about this, they just emailed me and said not to send multiple messages, poor customer service expecially when something arrives not working and they have been paid for it .

Despite being compared to an AC unit (two of three for cooling), I can safely say this product will only blow cool air and not cool a room (even a small room). We bought this for our baby room - I put cold water in the tray and the ice packs; but sadly it did not cool the room down. In fact the temperature went up by 0.5degrees. It also says that it does not require ventilation but upon speaking to customer services, they said the product works best next to an open window. NOT AS ADVERTISED. This is basically a very expensive fan that will serve to cool you if sat directly in front of it (which you canÕt do for a baby). DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO COOL A ROOM DOWN.
