Excellent product and super fast delivery. The pro breeze really keeps my daughters room cool on a summer day and is very light and easy to manoeuvre around. Great discount price too, sheÕs very happy with her portable cooler

Fan itself is of very good quality and on top of that next day service from pro breeze was extremely helpful. Will definitely buy again from Pro breeze if needed.

You used to have a way I could speak to a person!!. I waited days for an email response. In the meantime I returned the product. Cost me £12 ... and it wasn't my fault... it was left, on its side, outside my front door ..not a card or a rescheduled delivery ...and as noone let me refuse delivery, so it would be returned
i had to pay ...there is no other cancellation route . Won't buy from you again, despite the fact this would have been my 3rd probreeze product

Item is brilliant, but delivery wasn't on time. Plus wasn't aware that the dehumidifier works better if the temperature in the house is low

Probreeze yet to get in touch/reply to my email. The dehumidifier only worked 2 days. Very disappointed.
