All my questions were answered swiftly. A slight hitch after the purchase was made when we did not receive a confirmation email was rectified as soon as we made you aware of it.. The delivery was prompt & on time. The air fryer well packaged. The only very very minor thing which has taken me unawares a few times is the rapidity of the automatic start up of the default cooking cooking cycle! However as I now get used to identifying the icons it is much less of an issue. All in all a lovely product, very sleek and good looking.

After problems with the courier the customer service at probreeze is very good and sorted my problem out! Think probreeze need to get new couriers as they were not good and let the company down.

Next day delivery was guaranteed if ordering before a certain time, it didn't arrive the next day, the customer support couldn't tell me why and I was told it would be delivered by the Friday instead of the weds it was meant to arrive on. The product is ok, nothing amazing. The rotisserie basket and stick is not easy to get out when hot.

Delivery very fast. The air fryer is brilliant and easy to clean, just wipe inside with damp cloth while still warm, no problem. Everything cooks so much quicker, would recommend

Easy to order from good website. I ordered 2 Pro Breeze ceramic space heaters and they arrived with next day delivery. I already have one ProBreeze so I know they are very good and throw out a lot of heat for a small unit, that's why I ordered 2 more, what more can I say
