Service and delivery very good. However I purchased dehumidifier for a small bathroom. The socket is across the hall and the flex is not long enough. It would be really helpful if a longer cable could be fitted to these products

Excellent service. Website was easy to use, I trusted this place from the reviews and everything went smoothly with the order and delivery. I've also been over the moon with the fan so far, it's visually pleasant to look at, it's powerful and has plenty of settings and the remote works well.

Superb service and caring after sales. We had delivery problems but Issy was on the job keeping us fully informed. After 3 purchases for the family, I will be ordering again this week as we find that having the humidifiers on not only condensation disappears from windows and walls but the heating bills are reduced. All houses should have at least one of these efficient machines!
