We love the quality of the product and the energy efficiency. ItÕs our second purchase of the same product (in addition to other probreeze purchases we made) which shows how satisfied we are. However, on this occasion, the online registration of the product after receiving it (and the subsequent warranty extension) has not gone through even after repeated attempts. No email confirmation has been received.

I'm impressed by their quality customer service. I was in the position of needing a heater very urgently. I placed my order on the night of Thursday and found out it couldn't be delivered until next Monday. But my heater was delivered on Saturday morning, two days earlier than expected, what a pleasant surprise! Thank you so much for your compassion!
