Excellent service. Website was easy to use, I trusted this place from the reviews and everything went smoothly with the order and delivery. I've also been over the moon with the fan so far, it's visually pleasant to look at, it's powerful and has plenty of settings and the remote works well.

Superb service and caring after sales. We had delivery problems but Issy was on the job keeping us fully informed. After 3 purchases for the family, I will be ordering again this week as we find that having the humidifiers on not only condensation disappears from windows and walls but the heating bills are reduced. All houses should have at least one of these efficient machines!

Very clear website and easy to order. When you are soending a large amount of money, it was appreciated that free next day delivery was part of it. Delivery was made within the allotted time. HavenÕt used it properly yet, bar a Ôtest runÕ - but instructions all very clear, and as described. Thank you

Delivery very quick. Great choice of dehumidifiers. Very happy with the 1000ml dehumidifier with led light. Works well. Purchased 3 year warranty with item but keep getting emails asking me to buy a 3 year plan. A bit annoying.
