The help I received from the two people who dealt with my query was excellent. I had to call, because the instruction book for the dehumidifier I had bought was unhelpful and lacking in basic instructions for a novice like me. Issy and the young Frenchman were polite and understanding, and delivered the information in a way that was easy for me to understand. Thank you.

Excellent service. Easy ordering system with the benefit of free next day delivery to my chosen collection point.
Love the air fryer oven. Used it quite a bit since it arrived and pleased with most things we've cooked in it. Still to master chips with a nice golden finish.

Fast delivery of digital oil-filled radiator in packaging that was fit for purpose (polystyrene and rigid cardboard box) inside another cardboard box so contents were well protected in transit.
Extended the warranty to 2 years with no extra to pay!

This dehumidifier works well but has a serious design flaw. When you take the full water receptacle out of the machine, a significant amount of water is spilled and I have to mop it up. I have now placed a bathroom mat underneath it and have put it on two planks to raise it off the floor so it is easier to remove the receptacle. It make it a little easier but water still spills when I carry it to the sink. It's far from ideal. I also have a Eco Air dehumidifier and I do not have any problems with water spilling out of it. I have emailed Pro Breeze about it but the only emails I have had back are to ask me to review the product.
