Working well but only had it a week. Its drying up a damp lower ground flat and the dehumidifier has made a considerable difference.

Reason why I give only 3 stars is because with modern technology it should have possibility of controlling using phone by app or other system. If I manage to add sonoff to it why it cannot be done from factory. For few quit I manage get my dehumidifier control using my mobile as such I know what humdity is in each room and how I want my dehumidifier perform on high or low settings or totally switch it off or on.

Delivery was excellent. Kept informed and delivered when advised. Polite driver. Dehumidifier looks good and seems to perform well. Only problem came trying to register product for warranty purposes. No idea if it worked and although acknowledged, had no reply to my query regarding this.

I would highly recommend Pro Breeze service and I would definitely go back to them if I ever needed to purchase another dehumidifier . It was easy to order, good info on who was going to deliver with tracking link. Free and quick delivery, now was a big bonus. Plus the dehumidifier was just the ticket. I was a little reluctant at first to order from a company that IÕd never heard of but IÕm so pleased that I did. They were far better at communicating and it felt more personal than larger companies. Thank you
