I bought 2 small ones they do a good job but are noisier than I thought...now I bought two big ones they look OK but are MUCH noisier than expected.. it says they have quiet technology but they are very noisy and can't be used in bedrooms where you sleep.just too.noisy...

The products were ordered using the One Retail Group website. Having made the order and payment I subsequently received an email from help@probreeze informing me I had not completed the Order. Using the link in the email I then completed the order as requested and made the payment again. This resulted in a duplicate order being created, by the time I realised something was wrong it was too late to rectify the problem. I raised this with ProBreeze at the time. The first delivery was two 5-in-1 filters as ordered. The second delivery was two either 3-in-1 or 4-in-1 filters. I suspect that the 'Forgetting Something' automatic message is not being triggered correctly!

I am very happy with the air-cooler, it arrived promptly the day after placing the order. The cooler is well designed and easy to operate. Alas, the warm weather in the South ended after the cooler arrived!
