My probreeze 4 on 1 filter arrived very quickly. I ordered a spare filter too which didn't arrive. I queried this and Got a response straight away saying they'd just run out of stock. They offered an immediate refund if I wanted one. Their customer service is excellent.

Pleased with air fryer, delivery information slightly off and rather confusing - initially told it would be next day delivery, then told it would arrive 1st January!!

Eventually a good outcome as I now have4 a completed order. Don't believe the missing items were your fault most probably the fault of the delivery company.
