Terrible service. Ordered an air fryer on Friday with next day delivery, on Monday I didn't hear anything so I decided to email them. I received an abrupt email telling me they were out of stock and would I like a refund'. It was actually a gift for my Mothers birthday and I ordered from this company over amazon or a US company as I thought it would help the business during this difficult time.
The customer service advised me that I should just buy from another company, which I did. Dont recommend.

Very good service at a difficult time, prompt and efficient. So far the air purifier seems to be working well and we have noticed the difference with coping with hay fever symptoms.

As of yet I've still not received it! The website said next day delivery providing it was ordered before 2om..i ordered on Thursday 1/5/20 midday yet no delivery the next day. I emailed probreeze to ask wot has happened only to be told I would get it before 4/6 and this was due to the coronavirus and delivery's.. Yet there were no details of this on the website. My only communication since is this message asking me feedback. Asking if I am happy with the item! I'm hoping I will be but a week later there is no sign of my item!! So no, I'm definitely not happy with the service. CEO I hope you do read this and respond.. I wish now I'd bought through ebay, got cashback, necter points and better service!!

You took my order but then told me it would be over a month before I could have it. So I cancelled my order. Very disappointed.

Pleased with unit but it doesn’t tell you to remove plastic covering from filter before use, I ran the unit for 2 weeks without realising plastic was on the filter, only noticed when I went to clean the filter
