I ordered a Pro Breeze air fryer as it was one of the few stores where they were not sold out. They took the order and my money and then told me they were not in stock. I had the option to request a refund. I requested a refund and it was processed quickly. It should have been clear on their website that it is out of stock (it still does not)

I ordered a 5.5L air fryer. I did not receive a confirmation email .I had to contact probreeze after waiting for my product only to be told they are out of stock. Very disappointed!

Terrible service. Ordered an air fryer on Friday with next day delivery, on Monday I didn’t hear anything so I decided to email them. I received an abrupt email telling me they were out of stock and ‘would I like a refund’. It was actually a gift for my Mothers birthday and I ordered from this company over amazon or a US company as I thought it would help the business during this difficult time. The customer service advised me that I should just buy from another company, which I did. Dont recommend.
