Product is pretty good. I would expect a few more features like a better timer so I can run my dehumidifier for 4 hours each day, or set it at an exact humidity rather than it floating around +/- 5. Delivered promptly. Works well.

Very good experience

Speedy delivery and works well and efficiently but have only put on to make sure they work. You should really ask for feed back during the winter months when the radiators would have been used more frequently.

I have just received my order of the 20 Litre Dehumidifier from Pro Breeze. I purchased the item on the 3rd September 2019 and did not receive any confirmation of my order. On the 4th September 2019 the full amount for the item was debited from my account, and so I assumed that it had been dispatched on this day, as is common with other companies. However, when I spoke to a representative from Pro Breeze on 6th September 2019, two working days after the money was debited and when I expected it to arrive, I was informed that there had been a delay and it would arrive on the 10th September 2019. I received an email on the 7th September 2019 stating that it had been dispatched. I did not receive the unit on the 10th September 2019, as I was told, nor on the 11th September 2019 as there was a further delay with the carrier. Pro Breeze were not helpful in providing any additional information over the tracking information I had already received as part of the order information. I received the unit on the 12th September 2019, and the item was very poorly packaged. The box was in a poor condition and the top of the box was open. Upon inspecting the actual item, there were scratches and marks and a chip on the casing, suggesting it had already been used. I have not used the item and have asked Pro Breeze about what they can offer me in terms of a refund or return, but am still awaiting their reply. I am very unhappy with this purchase and would rather give my money to a company that values their customers and their experience. I would advise others to purchase from a separate company, as I will be doing. I have uploaded some pictures of the item when it was received.

Order process was easy, delivery proved less so as for some unexplained reason the item wasn't received at the depot or delivered on the advised date. I had to wait in again on the next day. Also the promised "hour before delivery" telephone call never happened.

Excellent, prompt service. No problems ordering, non with delivery,(which exceeded the usual slow delivery service from other people). Product good quality and a free extended warranty. What's not to like.
