The wrong item was delivered. I then had to dispose of it because you had no means of collecting it. The original DHL delivery was delayed causing me to wait around needlessly because of a lack of delivery information from DHL. Despite offering a text alert when the driver was one stop away, DHL did not implement this, leaving me to waste time waiting around . In contrast, Karren on the chat line was very efficient, courteous and helpful. The eventual delivery by DPD was much more efficient and customer friendly. I was given a one hour delivery window which was welcome.

I brought a dehumidifier and paid £8.99 for next day delivery as I needed it delivered the next day, I waited in all day, tried emailing pro breeze but no one got back to me for ages, I couldn't find a telephone number to ring anyone. I never received my parcel next day which was very annoying as it was a Friday, and they don't deliver at weekends. I had to take another day off to wait for my delivery on Monday, I did email again but again took ages to reply, I finally received my delivery on Monday afternoon
