This is a very good compact dehumidifier. We use it in a bedroom where we need to stop mould/mildew forming on walls between the back of a wardrobe and an external wall. As this is a very recent purchase the effect is not apparent yet but hopefully this item along with the use of a low wattage dehumidifier heater behind the wardrobe, will be successful. The size of the Pro Breeze is ideal for a small space at the side of the wardrobe in a restricted corner of the room. We leave it on all night and for long periods during the day but only when someone is at home, for safety. It has never overheated and it is extracting water. Very prompt delivery & well packed.

I was unable to register my product through the web site to secure the extended warranty. ProBreeze customer service registered the product for me and confirmed their actions without delay.

The service pack mentioned "Thank you for your purchase", which is a happy thought on opening the package! The fan is powerful and relatively quiet.

Staff chat support good. The 4in1 purifier is so good in bedroom that I bought the 5in1 purifier (which has just arrived, so untested yet) , but my neighbour after hearing my report about the 4in 1 has bought the latter! I would have bought replacement filters at the same time, but website is not user friendly enough for me to do so.

Easy Ordering service, item arrived before expected date and although one item was missing from the delivery it was dispatched very quickly without issue.

Very good customer support. I had an issue with receiving the automatic email to confirm my warranty but this was quickly resolved.
