I have purchased two identical fans and sent one to a relative. The second one I did not receive an email receipt for and I couldn't register the warranty. Customer services assure me that it is registered but I don't have an email receipt or anything that details the two year warranty.

Pro Breeze provides excellent advice on their web page which directs potential customers towards an appropriate product based on circumstances of deployment. Once decided, the order process was straightforward and delivery extremely quick. Top flight service.

Cooled air could be felt when the unit is placed at a reasonable distance from where youÕre sitting Even though it is set at the medium fan setting. It is quiet enough to be used in the bedroom at night. The only gripe I had is that the Õquick releaseÕ mechanism didnÕt work. The retaining screw had to be unscrewed completely before the water reservoir could be removed.
