Cooled air could be felt when the unit is placed at a reasonable distance from where you're sitting Even though it is set at the medium fan setting. It is quiet enough to be used in the bedroom at night. The only gripe I had is that the 'quick release' mechanism didn't work. The retaining screw had to be unscrewed completely before the water reservoir could be removed.

Pro Breeze provides excellent advice on their web page which directs potential customers towards an appropriate product based on circumstances of deployment. Once decided, the order process was straightforward and delivery extremely quick. Top flight service.

Well priced product which looks great and works efficiently. Quickly delivered and easy to assemble. Highly recommend. Initially, I tried to buy via Amazon but what a disaster - they ran late and cancelled the order without contacting me. Ended up buying direct from Pro Breeze - which was cheaper and quickly arrived with a few days.

Initially I was sent the wrong item, this was quickly resolved by Maria, who sent the correct item and I am awaiting collection of the one sent in error today, my only gripe was being unable to find a telephone number to contact probreeze on.
