The order arrived so much faster than expected, the item is great value for money and much better than a price equivalent air purifier I bought on Amazon. Very happy with this purchase.

Service could be improved by treating customers with care and respect. I bought your room cooling device and the water pump was fitted incorrectly, i finally discovered. I disconnected the pump in order to fill the water tank and was unable to replace the pump because i was attempting to fit same way i remembered taking out! I asked a question on your online chat and Hannah was only able to repeat the very limited instructions i already had. These did NOT indicate which way round the pump should be reinserted. As Hannah was completely unable to help i asked for a photo to show me. (I had tried to send photos to Hannah to explain problem i was having but your online system wouldn't accept these!) Hannah apparently wasn't able to help but eventually (after a LONG time) said an email could be sent and then she disappeared despite not having sorted my problem! But email that came just gave another repeat of the totally unsatisfactory instructions in the 'so called' manual. Having an email i could reply to i was able to email my questions to someone who FINALLY listened and sent me a photo of the pump but NOT fitted in place. SO i asked for a photo showing the pump fitted in place and was FINALLY sent this. Result - problem sorted!!! So easy in the end!!! But only after i had spent a very long time trying to get someone to listen and take my questions seriously. As i said in one of my emails - the result of all this is that i started a content customer and ended up totally pissed off and determined never to use your company again. Getting a customer is the hard bit, keeping a customer happy should be easy - Probreeze have definitely got it wrong! You need to make it easy for customers who have problems with your products to be able to contact you! And when they do to actually listen to them and make an effort to understand and rectify the problem NOT just requote the inadequate instructions that come with the device! I can read! I don't need someone to read me the instructions, i need someone to answer and deal with my problem! As you can probable tell - Im well and truly pissed off!!

I have been quite disappointed with the quality of the air cooler I bought. The first one arrived and the fan didn't work. The second one arrived and the oscillator didn't work. There was no phone number to call them and chat so I was forced to use the online chat, which is more time consuming and frustrating than a phone call. The person I 'spoke' to was helpful and immediately arranged a replacement for the first faulty item. HOWEVER the thing I'm most angry about is the fact they didn't take the faulty item back for repair and resale, instead they have left me to 'dispose of it as I wish'?! Such a poor model for environmental sustainability, it's like they just don't care that all that plastic (and the CO2 that was used in making it) is just going straight to the tip. A brand new item that they could probably fix. The one plus about this is that the cooling system (when you do get it working) seems to be pretty good for the money. It worked well to cool my son's attic room down, which is always over 30 degrees but in which we can't get a portable air conditioner.

I would recommend probreeze products. This is going off my air vaporiser/humidifier. Seems to be a really good quality product. So I will certainly look at this brand again when I require an appliance. It's not often you get quality and cheap. Mike

I am very happy with the air cooler. The only reservation I have is the awkwardness of detaching and reattaching the water tank.
