I have told other people about The Medical Care Alert. This is my second year with them. It has given me security. The first year there was serious power failure in my area and it fried my unit and Medical Care Alert replcaced it with no cost to me.

I love my Medical Care Alert! I like that you can push the blue button and talk to someone on your walkie talkie around my neck. The service is excellent!

l would like a call at least once a month from you to check that it is working as other systems do rather than me doing it as I am not the one wearing it, it is my husband.

I have been fortunate not have to call you, but it is very reassuring to know I have my pager in my pocket to do so if I need to! If I have my batteries giving out you always replace quickly. Good service!

I find it cumbersome to have on you and I don't like the lights flashing all the time. When my year is up, I will be gone!

The pendant needs to be improved. It is in the way of everything. It has banged into so much it looks really old.

My mother activated the alert on June 5. Paramedics brought he r to hospital. She had had a stroke. Alert probably saved her life.

Well it does give my Mom peace of mind but I've been paying about $80 every 2 months for 5 years now. Seems to me if after a given amount of time if it hasn't been used then a rebate of some kind would be the good business thing to do.

NO WORRIES "I got it for my Father, it is to give me a piece of mind. Until he gets his hip replacement. I work 8 hours a day and Doctor said do not leave him alone. Having someone come to the house is to much money for now. Thank you for this piece of mind."

You always have piece of mind knowing your loved one is safe. Just a push of a button and help is there. Have had no problems.
