The upgrade works great

Easy to install. Fixed the problem perfectly. Arrived quickly.

Worked fine, but really… instead of charging for bigger straps, you should be able to choose the size of straps when you buy the chimney mount a pay a couple dollars more for the longer ones.

I recently purchased your OBSERVERIP 2.0 HUB unit for my WS-2902-AOsprey WiFi station.
Purchasing & receiveing the unit was easy......setting it up/getting it working took me two weeks.
- Mostly because of not the proper instructions in the printed manual/online information.
- I learned this after speaking with multiple representitives in tech support, and getting their assistance.
- I had to set my OBSERVERIP HUB up using a PC as I do not own a cell phone.
- Most of what I was 'instructed' to do from the printed manuals' instructions and the online manual I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO. (Unknown to me)!
- After calling technical support multiple times, I was able to get it working correctly.
- You REALLY should have your 'Documentation People' Re-Do the Instruction Manuals!

Perfect replacement for an aging Sensor Array. No problems connecting to an existing WS-2902 display.

Great product. Easy setup.

Nice product and great fast service

Great product!

Works perfectly with the proper sensors. Well thought out. Good mounting options. Just wish the transmitter for waterproof temperature was actually waterproof - this thing wouldn't be necessary.

Works !

Works perfect with out any problems!

Best weather station for personal use and I have owned a few, simple to install and set up. I like that there are no moving parts and the range is great!

Ok

Came fast, fits perfectly

Awesome Tool

I upgraded from a much less feature rich “major brand” weather station approximately a month ago. I could not be more impressed with the WS-5000 weather station system. My factory direct shipment arrived at my residence in a timely manner. All components of the weather station were packed securely. I found all components to be in proper working order. Assembly was very straightforward with easy-to-follow instructions and all necessary hardware provided. I spent most of my working career specifying, procuring, and installing all matter of radio, data and telephone equipment. Based on that background, I would suggest that this system can be easily assembled and installed in a timely manner by a novice user. However, I would suggest that the user needs to do some preplanning as to what and where the components will be placed. I could not be happier with the separate rain gauge. That allowed me to place the device at a lower level on my workshop (10’) to provide easier accessibility to inspect the bowl and drip cup for fouling and replacement of batteries. This required a separate mast that I installed 30’ away and 25’ above ground that I attached my lightning sensor and main sensor array to. I mention this to put a potential owner on notice that there are dozens of methods to install the WS5000. One needs to do some preplanning and potential procurement of materials. The WS 5000 does come with adequate hardware to attach the components directly to the vertical surface of a building or an existing mast or radio/TV tower. Alternative installation configurations will likely require additional materials.
Having used the new weather station for the past 30 days while experiencing some extreme East Texas weather. I could not be more satisfied with the accuracy, frequency of updates, clarity and readability of the display station screen and the volume of data provided by the display station and the phone app. You definitely get what you pay for.

Good so far.

Returned to manufacturer

Ordered a weather camera - easy installation, worked great. Excellent quality.

Improved range over my first unit. Easy to see from a distance. Love it.
