This is perfect for outdoor water temp in my pond. I just have to place the unit in a protected cover. I used a nearby sprinkler valve cover

Ambient Weather WH31P Water Proof Probe Temperature Sensor for WS-0265, WS-1550-IP, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-3000, WS-5000 and Ob
Just like the other Temperature sensors except with a probe at the end of a cable. I put the probe in my freezer so I can monitor it and have an alarm if the freezer stops working. The last time that happened I lost a considerable amount of food.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
I have my WS-5000 setup and working fine for the last week or so. The console setup was hectic & pretty awkward for sure, I even found 1 instruction to be wrong.
I’m very impressed with the WS-5000 so far, much better than my old Davis system and no moving parts to deal with.
One of the main reasons for getting this system was to have remote sensors in my greenhouses.
I managed to name my sensors & they display the names on the console but not on my phone or computer.
Questions:
1. Is there a way to have the correct names show on the phone & computer instead of sensor 1 / 2 /3?
2. I’ve tried to set low alarms on my greenhouse sensors with no luck. I got to the settings, but I’ve never found how to set the low temp to 54 degrees. I would like an alarm on both the console & phone. How do I get this set & is it loud enough to hear?
Thank you, Van Curtis

Ambient Weather WS-1900 Osprey Solar Powered Wireless Professional Weather Station with Solar Radiation and UV
We purchased a new weather station to replace an existing Abmient Weather station we'd had for a lot of years. The only thing keeping us from a 5-star review is the screen for the data. If you are not looking almost straight on to it, the information disappears from view until you move back on-axis. This is a common problem for this type of screen, but it's still unfortunate. Great product otherwise, easy to set up and start collecting data.

I have owned many weather stations. Some were more expensive. The WS2000 is the best. It is easy to set up and it provides more information than most. The display is easy to read.
