Just purchased this knife a month or so back. Very happy with it so far. Solid built, and a very sharp blade.

It's a pretty good knife very sharp out of the box. It is a little smaller and lighter than I expected but all in all I love it

Glad it proved worth keeping and loving anyway!

Needs a pocket clip. I like the concept of a pivot lock but there is some blade play. Overall I would give this knife a 3.5 out of 5 rating.

Very fair, thank you for the feedback. Hopefully with time and use all the parts will fall into place and pivot a bit smoother for ya

Nice and lightweight, takes very little space in the pocket and is quite sharp out of the box. It is, however, not a smooth operating thumb deployment.

Hey Shae, if its not feeling smooth it could be that the pivot is a wee bit too tight, you can try loosening it with a torq, or visit the store in WesED and they can give you a hand =)

CRKT Razel Compact (4036)
The CRKT Razel compact is a very capable fixed blade. With the 2 blade edges and veff flat top serration, there are several tasks that this little knife can tackle. The G10 handle provides very sufficient grip and the sheath is solid. The only downside is that the sheath doesn’t provide for more than 1 carrying position.

Fusion Classic Santoku 7" (9711-17)
We were visiting my mother this past summer. My wife was using one of the knives in Mom’s collection and found one that was so easy to use - it fit her hand so well and was well balanced. When she asked Mom about the knife, Mom explained that my brother-in-law bought it for her because “A good kitchen must have a good knife.”
A few days after we returned home from our holiday, my wife said “I don’t have a good knife like your Mom’s.” I called Mom to get the details on the knife and ordered it online. It arrived in a week and my wife uses it every day.
I must call my brother-in-law to thank him for helping us make our kitchen better!
