Wusthof Gourmet Boning Knife 5" (1025046114)
I was looking for a boning knife that was not extremely expensive but also, not cheap either.
The Wusthof boning knife fit the bill for me.

Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener (WSBCHPAJ-PRO-I)
After 7 knives, the rod showing signs on wear and no longer perform well. It makes it unusable. Very disapointing for the price.
And also, the 220 and 320 stones no longer doing their job.

Oh baby, those quality steak knives r sweet!! Have these plastic handled serrated steak knives, so going from a crappy knife to the high end knife, just fantastic! But that being said, reluctant to use them as they r 2 beautiful. Ugh

I dont think its you! Unfortunately a lot of assisted knives are slightly too tight from the factory so it usually just needs to smallest turn of a torq driver. Should allow the assist to work smoother.
