XT60 MALE to Barrel MALE Plug Adapter
The factory provided charger for my Rad Rover was very basic. After researching LiPo charging the consensus was that these bike batteries lasted longer when charged to 80 or 90%. This Luna unit adds an additional amount of control to battery charging that the stock unit never will.
When I know that I will be riding under 15 or 20 miles, I don't have to charge to 100%. Extending the battery life charging cycles.
The charge adapter is a little "clunky", but doesn't seem to impair the units ability to perform as described.
Happy to have the control.

Luna 750c Full Color Display for BBDHD and BBS02
I had help from a friend who had the LunaCycle set of tools in converting the Giant bike, so, along with the videos, I did not make any mistakes! Have enjoyed over 300 miles of riding, including a lot of commuting to Stanford Campus and around the area.

After having 8 vertebrae fused, I am no longer able to ride a two wheeler but I am not willing to give up cycling. I bought a trike and started to ride with my two wheeled friends again but a trike can't climb hills like a two wheeler can. I needed a good solution to my climbing problem and a middrive motor was the answer. I contacted Luna Cycle and asked a million questions. I can't remember the name of the man that helped me but he has a wealth of knowledge stored in his head about motors and batteries. He helped me tailor a mid drive that will meet all my needs. Luna Cycle has the best prices and the best support for the motor assist community. I looked into purchasing the same equipment from other sources but nobody could match or beat Luna Cycle for price, knowledge or product.

Great costumer service, great quality E Bike Mid Drive kit, and good price tag on the kit. My experience is that Luna prices are cheaper. I have a good experience, so I will buy from them again.

BBS02 Mid Drive Kit with Mighty Mini Battery
The total conversion took me less than 3 hours. I bought bike tools on Ebay for around $25 and the kit had everything I needed. I watched a YouTube video before digging in and it was pretty easy from there on. The only modification I made was to the battery mount where I had to measure and drill a new mounting hole so the battery mounted higher on the bar without contacting the seat post. The bike ran great as soon as I got it outside and I was impressed with the speed and acceleration! I had one problem with the battery contacts but got a quick fix from the help line guys. The first long trip took me 64 miles with the bbs02 kit and 48V battery. This is great fun to ride! I would certainly recommend a Luna kit!

CHAINRING: BBS02 LEKKIE 36T - BLACK
Very good customer experience. Quick shipping, good price and excellent product. I did two builds, one on Trek Excalibur 4 and one on Specialized Rock hopper comp ,I purchased two BBS02 , one with battery and one without. I also purchased 18650 cells and build my own battery pack. Very happy with the purchase and if I need to build another bike, Luna cycle will be my company of choice.

BBS02 Mid Drive Kit with Mighty Mini Battery
Converted an old Trek 2300 road bike for my girlfriend which I've ridden it a few times and I'm here to tell you that it's an absolute blast!
The only issue I had with the installation was the fastener that holds a cable guide bracket to the underside of the Bottom Bracket (BB) protruded into the BB and prevented the motor from being inserted. The fix was very easy and only required a couple of washers to keep the screw from interfering with the motor.
The only other modification I made was to add a torque arm that I got through another vendor. It too was fairly simple to install but I do have a "nutsert tool" that I suspect many people don't have. As you can see in the photo, there is a screw type clamp holding it to the left chainstay, but if you look closely you can see the head of a bolt that threads into the nutsert that I installed.

BBS02 Mid Drive Kit with Mighty Mini Battery
Luna cycle's customer service was what really impressed the most. After having attempted one ebike kit, then switching to another for a completely different bike... their staff was able to help guide me with expert advice and they were never short with me. They really took the time to explain what I needed to know! They made all the difference when buying my first ebike kit! Thank you so much!

Luna Fusion Crusher 3
Quality Luna electric motorized system on a quality Giant mountain bike. Love the acceleration and handling. Wide range of operating levels. This e mountain bike with the power upgrade is best suited for experienced riders. Some minor issues with the design of the throttle and power reading, but compared to what you get for the money I find that even in chilly weather I really enjoy this Luna product. Reliability is a big deal so far so good.

This is like the 5th bike I'm doing with Luna parts and service, really happy with being able to get what I need with out going overseas. I'm on of the ones that likes building as much as riding so a reliable supplier is key to my passion, thanks for all your hard work making this happen Luna.

BBS02 Mid Drive Kit with Mighty Mini Battery
I ordered 2 BBS02 kits from Luna Cycle. First one was the anniversary special and I had to wait about a month. The second one was shipped within a week. Both arrived, well packaged, and the install was a breeze. I did have to shim the display on both to fit the 7/8 handlebars, but not a problem. Can hardly wait for the snow to go so I can go riding. I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
