This is a great Luna equipped Fat E-Bike. It has the Luna Hot rod Package with LCD and Luna landing Frocks. All the Luna added products have been great! With No Issues! Shipping was good and fast as well as packaged very good also. So my experience with Luna is excellent and I highly recommend Luna to anyone looking to repair or replace stock parts. I have not used other products they sell but I will make them my choice for anything new I buy for any of my Sondors Bikes .

52v Panasonic GA 10ah PERFORMANCE + LONG RANGE
Death Valley has miles of dirt roads that lead from deep valleys to high mountains. On this particular trip I was trying out a BOB trailer for my camping gear. I started at Ballarat Ghost Town and headed south down the Panamint eventually climbing up Gohler Wash to the Barker Ranch where the Manson Family was arrested. Bike is a Foes Mutz full suspension fat bike with a Bafang BBSHD mid drive. In 2017 the bike and motor took me 3801 miles all on dirt and included a 238 mile ride in Utah.

Luna Mighty-Mini 30 Tooth BBSHD ChainRing
With Luna Mighty Mini 30t, you will feel the torque of bbshd. I setup this for bike-to-work purpose avoiding terible traffic her philippines. I travelled 48km a day, with 6km climb. So far i already reached 10k km and the only problem i encountered was to change cog set and chain. My 11T, 13T, 15T cog suffered most because of high torque especially at climbing. Overall, i am satisfied and planning to change / invest on battery using 52v 30AH for longer ride.

This is my old schwinn Lemonpeeler. I transformed it into what i think is a super cool Ebike that will turn heads everywhere i go. Your motor bolted up with a little bit of research for the 20" bike, and i love yoir product. I have been emailing for a 72v battery that will work with my set up. (That was about a year ago). I did call and was told that if I put myself on the email list, someone from Luna would email me when the battery was available. I think it's all ready to go, less the battery.
I never heard back from you. All I need is a battery so I can blast off with my old schwinn. Help me out here! LOL

BBSXX: GEAR SENSOR - D
I had my local "Build A Bike" shop install the BBSHD, Dophin 52v. 13.5 amp battery, Shimano Deore M165 hydraulic brakes, Mosso pedals and a thud buster seat post on a Electra Townie fat tire cruiser. They did a great job and I am happy with their work.
I kinda wanted the battery mounted in the frame but it would have required some custom mounting so they installed the Dophin battery on the rear rack. I might move it at some point but it is not so bad having it on the back rack.
Luna sent me a little electrical widget installed in the charger cable to the battery to get the charger to charge properly. I'm curious what it is, why it's needed and why they didn't
t include it but the charger now works.
I love the bike with the hot rodded BSSHD and Dolphin pack. The bike will go 25-30 miles an hour which is fast enough for me right now. It works beautifully and has made biking fun again. I look forward to going for a ride.

We live in a geographically dynamic, small town in NorCal, just North of the Golden Gate. Hills, hills and another after that. Pleasant gentle paths punctuated by quick steep hills has always made biking prohibitive and only for the full-timers in the silly bike shorts and tap shoes. The Luna cycle is like a giant gate swinging open, letting in every rider from 12 to 92 onto back on to the paths. We are elated. We have a 20+ mile range and do 60% of our errands by bike now. Saving money, time, car problems and possibly getting a whole lot healthier!!

I'm a EE and almost semi-retired. Another ebike build (1st one 5 years ago) this one with the Cyclone 3000W. Assembly - no problem. 42MPH with power to spare. 23 miles with 50% pedal or almost 12 miles no pedal using my own design customer configurable battery packs (Samsung 19650's). Use of 7-speed nice. Building for fun but sold within 2 weeks. I'm building "2" more cyclones now, and a dozen 26" 1500W hub motor ebike for March 2018 sale. I sell locally on Craigs list and on ebay under ETechGadgets LLC.
Luna product is great and highly recommend for the performance / $ spent.
