Bafang BBS02 and BBSHD Programming Cable
The entire mounting project including wiring was about 6 hours. I did have an issue with the exchange of information with the LUNA team. One person said it was impossible to guess what I needed for extra cabling and the other helped and I bought extra and it made the project go very smooth.

Cyclone Mid Drive 3000 watt Planetary Ebike KIT
dont be a hot head like me..........even if you are they still will fix or solve your problems. They no what there doing from what Iv got and learned from them. I'm 100% happy to buy from them. If it's just a basic ebike or some super ebike your making they will give you great support so you can't go wrong. Iv noticed they are friends with the other main players in this game all seem to be happy to swap information to help each other and us out.

LUNA ECLIPSE: SPROCKET - 42T
With the help of Ebike blogs I was able to make great choices on this build. Studied for many hours and took the time to do this right. Without this help I would have been lost. Thanks Luna Cycle.

Sur-Ron X (red or silver color) with Pedal Kit
The new Sur Ron Firefly is a blast to ride. It goes 45 mph, climbs steep trails, jumps, stays planted during sharp turns and stops quickly. The build quality is solid and this platform has endless untapped potential.

Great service from start to finish. Really good info on the site (including comments from other reviewers) that helped my installation be a breeze.

Bafang BBS02 Mid Drive KIT (HIDDEN/REMOVED)
Installing the BBS02 was quite easy, take your time, watch install videos and be prepared to come up with some solutions to your bikes install issues. Once installed be prepared to make some tweaks here and there. Then be prepared to have fun on your new biking experiences.

LUNA Wrench BBSHD and BBS02 Mid Drive Installation Tool
This bike has been great fun this past summer. I am going to build another bike for my wife this winter so we can have fun riding together this next summer.
Luna has been a pleasure to do business with. You know you are getting quality when you open the shipping box and inside you find a custom made box with full padded interior so your motor and other parts do not get damaged in shipping. They also gave me extra spacers I needed to install the motor tightly into my bottom bracket. "Thanks Luna"!!

Bafang BBSHD Mid Drive Ebike Kit
I'm sharing this review in case someone wants to do a similar build. The bike is a 2017 Cannondale Trail 5 which I use for commuting 17 miles each way. The bike's bottom bracket is 73 mm and I installed the 68 - 73 mm BBSHD. Everything fit well. I used one of the thinnest spacers that came with the BBSHD so that the reduction gear just clears the chain stay. The chainline is good and all 9 gears are usable. The lowest gear does make some minor noise but stays on during steep climbs. All 8 other gears are smooth. I spec'd the 13.5 Ah 52V shark pack so that I would not need to charge it at work. I have a couple steep hills that BBSHD handles easily. I selected the street legal programming and average about 20 mph over the commute. The BBSHD is offset 12 mm to the right and I've bought a set of cranks with less offset to make both pedals equidistant from the frame's centerline. Overall I'm very happy with this setup and enjoy my commute more than driving.

36v Panasonic Bottle Battery Sondors Compatible Upgrade / Replacement
My first assist bike ,about 6 years ago .I put a front wheel drive on a mountain bike ($200.00 Walmart special with suspension. It was a 36v Ampedbike motor,it was very successful.
I came upon Luna cycle several years ago and have done 3 bikes , Mongoose 4inch fat tire converted to 21 speed, Capuchin Monkey and a True quest recumbent ) I stick to 36v and front wheel kits for the simplicity. Luna kits have been super and I have had NO PROBLEMS.I am a 80 year old farmer and these Luna kits and service has been great in letting me enjoy bikes and biking.

I love the kit but it should come with the torque arm and it needs to be stronger. Mine is bent and denting my frame.

Bafang BBSHD Mid Drive Ebike Kit
I received my Luna 1000w Kit, and had it installed in very quick and easy time, previewing installation video's really made it easy. First week I rode my bike almost 100 miles, and riding on the beach is so much more fun.... instead of cruising at 6 mph, now I can cruise at 15mph in PAS 1, but I have reached 30 mph on the beach and that is AWESOME... Thanks again LUNA!!!
