so far so good. the set up was easy, i needed to call for help and phone help was great. the wrist piece is a little big and cumbersome a nd i am visually impaired so it would be better if the colors were brighter and more contrasted for me to see the button. all in all i am pleased though. works well. sounds clear. thank you.

The first unit that was sent to my parents did not work. The second unit got sent to a Customer Service Representative due to the package being mislabeled. It was then shipped to my parents and arrived finally on 5/17/13. The second unit was set up today 5/17/13 works fine so far.

Nothing to say here as regards the concept of a button and it's design & requirement to wear. The buttons do what they are intended to do. I was at a small gathering on Mother's day & the next thing I knew the local 911 crew showed up to check on me. Apparently the button I was wearing on my wrist got bumped somehow. I was a short distance away from my apartment so was not aware as to what was going on. It was a complete test of the system which did exactly what you said it would do. I am now wearing the neck pendant. Wearing the button on the wrist obviously exposes it to getting bumped as you use your hand in normal activities.

When getting credit card info,Jessica Fox spoke very quickly, making it difficult for Client to follow the conversation. She wouldn't answer Mom's questions, saying she'd already 'discussed it with' me. Client was confused and frustrated with the entire process.
Client has no Internet/wifi so unable to watch the setup (& other) videos. DVD?
VERY loud ringing/beeping sounds on pendant when help button pressed. If a burglar were in the house, client'd be found and harmed long before help arrived.

Heavy, sturdy construction. Unclear to client which row of numbers (there are three visible) should be the pin. Took a couple tries to reset the code, even after watching the video. We also struggled to open the hook to hang the lockbox - slide/hold the silver bar.
