My alarm went off two days in a row while I was taking laundry out of the dryer, it works very welll and the people I talked to were very nice
I explained I was OK and did not need help
When I se it up on Sunday I called for assistance and was told the office was closd and left a call back, for Monday. someone called Monday morning and was very pleasant and I ex[lained I figured oout the set up. I am very pleased with the service
