Enjoyed speaking with Sue Neal on several occasions. She was always very helpful. The phone response at times when we would test the system would be hard to reach. Sometimes the phone would ring many times before someone would answer. Maybe there needs to be more response lines and operators. The folks were very good and professional when you did get them.
