I'm sorry if we came across too hard, we just want to make sure that folks return the equipment in a timely fashion so that we don't continue to charge them for service when they aren't able to use the system any longer. I like the smaller charger. My old one was 5 yrs old. The piece you wear is also smaller. But the narrow string between the strap and monitor is too flimsy. Thanks for update of equipment. I wear it everyday.
