Wonderful lever, shipped on time, couldn't be happier.

A perfect fit, no adjustments needed at all. Checked the fit, degreased the part and dovetail, painted it with a little red Loctite and done. Looks far better than the old style fillers with the large flat on top of them. Another great offering from Ranger Point.

This gate works awesome. As navajo stated above, you really have to try it to appreciate it. I tested it in my 444 and it was effortless loading which is a welcome change with the 7 round extended mag tube. I then put it in my 2006 336 MXLR 30-30 and again, what a difference! If you can describe feeding a side gate mag tube gun as "butter smooth" then this is it. Doesn't even seem like the same rifle anymore. When first installed, I loaded and cycled it 20 times repetitively, that's 100 rds, and my thumb didn't feel any different stuffing #100 in then it did the first round. I left it in the MXLR because I'm really digging the two tone look as well. I'll be upgrading most of the "fleet" with more of these.

My order came to VT yesterday. I got a black "blue" and a gold or brass colored. I installed the gold one as I had installed a gold trigger in my 450M. Great products works as described and will be ordering in bulk for my go to shooter 1894 and 1895's. Thanks Adam nice to unload through the gate.

Got it..,it's installed. And it absolutely makes it much easier to load bullets into the tube. An Excellent option for your rifle.

I installed my new loading gate in my 336SS. Installation was a snap and the new gate works great. The new loading gate is now also installed and working in my 1953 336SC. I ended up filing the boss to 0.0740 to provide the clearance for the carrier to slide by the boss on the gate. Two RPP Fly Weight Loading Gates installed and looking pretty:

Totally worth the money. Got one for a 1895CB. Shipped on Tuesday after Memorial Day and received on Friday, only because I live in the boondocks or would have been a day sooner. Now. I can't unload it as fast as Navajo on the video but it is easy and no pinched fingers! Great job!

I ordered one for my 1895 SBL. Tremendous difference with the new gate compared to the old. The OEM gate was a finger pinching, fingernail grabbing son of a gun. I truly hated it. The RPP fit perfectly, and now loading the rifle is a pleasure. The color of the stainless gate is slightly different than the receiver, but the functionality greatly outweighs color. I also had been waiting for the gate release to purchase the Quick Takedown Screw for my lever. The screw is beautiful, fit perfectly and matched the color of the receiver.

I ordered both parts the day the gate release was announced, and was shocked to have it at my door 3 days later. I am very impressed with RPP.

Installed my new stainless steel cloverleaf sight on the 336SS today. They arrived yesterday, quickly, considering they were ordered on a holiday weekend. As expected, the machining is very well done. What I find impressive, is the cloverleaf idea. It lets a lot of light in, yet the cloverleaf becomes almost invisible, while the edges look like horizontal and vertical hash marks on a scope, for fast, precision centering of the front sight. Really cool!

The Cloverleaf sight landed at my door 20 minutes ago, and a day ahead of schedule at that! First impression is a very well machined piece of work. After putting it on my 1894FG, it is very much lower than the Skinner set that was there earlier. So much lower that I am going to have to order a dovetail filler for the rear sight. I can't see through with the new sight! I think this is going to work well with the original front sight. The Cloverleaf design is different, I like it, just going to take a little getting used too. Very open. Easy to pick up. Adam, another nice design, well done.

I regularly shoot my Marlin 336ss. Originally I had a 336 from 2016 that had its issues. It was returned to Marlin for a 2018 model and I can say that by itself, it is a phenomenal rifle. They seem to have made great strides forward in their manufacturing shop. That being said, I have installed three parts from RPP: Aluminum self cleaning follower, the flyweight loading gate, and the aluminum rail for mounting a scope. All three have performed flawlessly. The follower has been very reliable, I have not had any failure to feed issues. The scope rail is solid. One of my favorite aspects of the rail is that it is fairly low profile compared to other mounts. This allows me to cleanly use the existing iron sights when the scope is detached. Lastly, the flyweight loading gate is much better than the original. Although the color is a little different from the stainless steel, once it is installed, it looks great. Function is downright amazing. Very easy to load with an additional bonus of being able to unload the rifle without cycling rounds through the gun. It’s a little tricky to figure out how at first, once you learn how to do it on your gun you can unload the gun safely and easily. The new loop was easy to install and fit perfectly...Looks great too. I have extra large hands and the OEM Cowboy loop has always been a problem. This is my Cowboy with guide stocks on it for hunting, and a Lyman number 2 tang sight..Dave Berry

Love the medium lever loop and dovetail filler. The loop is the perfect size.

Fast shipment, and great looking loop...not outlandishly large like my other one, just right in size. Installed easily, I had hoped the loop plunger and spring I ordered would be installed when it arrived, and I think you should offer that option, as I did not want to take my old one out of my OEM loop. Installed worked perfectly, no fitting, and after opening and closing a dozen times, broke in!!

Had to clean the threads out some small chips where left in the if threads and whatever locktite you put on there was dry and brittle. Overall Im pleased

Awesome barrel. Just a bit snappier then the 40 barrel but oh so fun to shoot. Just added the spring to the extractor so now all that is required to change from 40 to .357 sig (and back) is a barrel swap.

Everything went together easily. Parts are all well machined. Well worth the money!

This is a definite improvement over the stock follower. This should be an OEM part from the factory.

The self-cleaning groves are simply brilliant and necessary.
