Damplifier Pro™ Sound Deadening Mat
Installed Damplifier Pro on front cab cap of our Winnebago Ekko. Super easy to work with and apply. Easy to form to the odd shape and once pressed into place, no budging.
Added the large sheets of 1” foam over the top and together, reduced noice and heat through the cap. Love it!
Quick shipping from the pros at Second Skin after they helped me select products for this project. Thanks!

So easy to put up! I could do it by myself and I’m on 5’ tall! Just needed a step stool to get to the top.

OverKill Pro™ - 3/8" Closed Cell Foam
I used the Overkill 3/8" and 1/8" on my door panels and it works great. The adhesive is very impressive and it will stay in place wherever you put it. Highly recommended. I've used it on two separate occasions, and will use again. Highly recommended.

Refrigerator Soundproofing Kit
yes, it’s super ugly. yes, it’s messy to install. but it’s so worth it for how much sound gets absorbed… went from a multi frequency bouncing sound experience to a mellow hum. Went for the 2” thick material.

EcoVerb™ Roll - Acoustic Duct Liner
I had work done to my new air handler and afterwards there would always be a low throbbing rumbling sound. I don’t sleep well so when I would wake up in the middle of the night that low thrumming sound would not only keep me awake but was driving me out of my mind. The AC guys couldn’t seem to fix it and I think they thought I was hearing things so maybe they didn’t try too hard. I have a very large baffle box (big enough that I can sit in it) right before the air handler and I lined it with the Ecoverb acoustic liner and now I have to really try to hear the thrumming. Second skin gave me my sanity back!

EcoVerb™ Roll - Acoustic Duct Liner
i am shocked how well this product worked. I lined the first few feet of my return duct which was incredibly loud from the HVAC equipment. For perspective I had to to significantly increase the volume on my television. Now nothing, it changed the dB and frequency I suspect. What was am incredible nuisance to problem solved.

3M™ Thinsulate™ Acoustic Insulation SM400L
Ordered Thinsulate for a campervan. It arrived Very fast and we got to work. Realized I had ordered too little and put in an order hastily for more. I ordered a thinner product by mistake and inquired about returning the stuff not yet cut (95% of it). Eric said no problem and offered return shipping details at their discount. At the end we decided to use what we had and double it up. now we just need a few more feet and will HAPPILY order from Second Skin again soon. Thanks Eric!

OverKill™ Closed Cell Foam - 1/8"
I recently used Second Skin Audio OverKill™ 1/8" Closed Cell Foam while restoring my 1987 Suburban, and it has been a total game-changer for interior noise and rattle management. These old square-body trucks are notorious for rattling plastic panels and metal-on-metal vibration, but this foam solved those issues perfectly.

CelluZorbe™ Cellulose Acoustic Panels
The material itself is good but contains a lot of loose material that falls out all over the place if you even touch it. So making them cleaner would be nice. As well, the panels are smaller that the dimensions shown on the website so make sure you don't build a surround for the panel until you receive them. Other than that they seem to perform as intended.
Response from Second Skin Audio

Thanks for your feedback! We appreciate it. I’m glad the panels are performing well, but I’m sorry to hear about the loose fibers and sizing concerns. That’s not a typical experience, and we understand how frustrating that can be.
CelluZorbe is a natural cellulose product, and you will be able to shake fibers free. We recommend installing hidden behind fabric or in an area that will not be frequently touched for this reason. As for the length/width being off, this is very unusual and something we keep a close eye on. We are reaching out to you to learn more!
Thanks again for your honest feedback!
